2. How Do We Book?
First, e-mail us or call us to discuss your options. We then provide a full guaranteed quotation. Its really very simple - we agree an itinerary / hotels / meal basis and flights and when you give us the nod, we book everything, confirm everything in writing and send you your info pack with visa instructions etc.

3. What would happen if I had an emergency while I was away?
Russian Gateway operate a 24-hour emergency service with a member of our staff always on call. All group leaders are given an emergency contact number and can be assured of our rapid response. We have staff who live and work in Moscow and St.Petersburg, local experts who will be able to assist with any problems you may encounter.

4. Do You Offer Free Teacher Places?
Yes we offer 1 free teacher per 11 paying students. Normally, extra members of staff pay 50% but this depends on group size.

5. Like NST, Do Russian Gateway Have a Minimum Group Size
Absolutely not.

6. Like NST, I Assume  Your Prices Do Not Include Admission Fees?
Every excursion on every tour has all admission fees prepaid. On most of our tours the only extra your students will have to pay is presents to take home and drinks with meals (where not included) !

7. Do You Provide Insurance For Russia?
