Russian Gateway will process your Russian visa for you. Our Moscow office has accreditation with the relevant authorities in Russia which gives us the right to issue invitations which are required to get Russian Visas in the UK. 

Please note Russian Visas can only be processed three months or less prior to departure.

There are no group visas - every student and teacher will have a visa sticker placed in his / her passport by the Russian Embassy.

In order for us to issue invitations and vouchers we will need your passport details (names, date of birth, passport numbers and nationality) well in advance. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after your proposed exit date from Russia and should have 2 clear adjoining pages. If any of your passports do not meet these criteria please contact the UK Passport Office for renewal.

1. Full UK passport with at least two free pages & valid for at least six months after exit date from Russia.

2. 1 passport sized photograph glued to the bottom right corner of the application form

3. 1 completed, signed application form per traveller. Download the form below. Instructions for filling the form should be read before completing

Processing takes around 2 weeks.
